Dana Solveigh Parade studied Chemistry at Technical University Dresden and receiving her Master of Science in 2024. During the course of study, she did a three-months internship at Macquarie university (with the support of Erasmus+), which was supervised by Prof. Ian Paulsen and Dr. Alescia Cullen.
Dana is particularly interested in cyanobacteria and their natural products. The aim of her PhD is to develop a heterologous platform for expression of natural products in cyanobacteria.
