Fabiana Nador specializes in catechol derivatives, versatile compounds with applications in adhesives, coatings, and capsules. Her research focuses on the rational design of these derivatives to develop nanoscale coordination polymer particles (NCPs). At HIPS, she is currently working on the development of innovative metal-organic NCPs for the treatment of alopecia areata, aiming at targeted delivery of therapeutics for immune-related diseases affecting hair follicles.
