Sanjay Kumar Srikakulam holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India and a Master's in Bioinformatics from Saarland University, Germany. Following his Master’s he started as a PhD student in the Drug Bioinformatics group at HIPS in Saarbrücken from 2018. His areas of interests include bioinformatics, molecular modelling, molecular dynamic simulations, analysis of structural and functional impact of resistance associated mutations, characterization of mutations associated with drug resistance, protein-small molecule and protein-protein interactions, containerization of applications/software and automation.
